Reserving Same Day as Check-in?
Call us immediately after making your reservation online so we can block off your room! Failure to call may result in your room being double booked and forfeited to another guest.
Cancellation Policy & Terms
Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $100.00 is due at time of the reservation and may be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days prior to check-in, will receive a refund, less a twenty–five dollar ($25.00) service fee. Cancellations received less than fourteen days prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of the total payment, unless the room is filled. Fees paid to booking agents or for payment processing will not be refunded.
No-shows: Not showing up for your reserved booking will result in forfeiture of the total payment. No exceptions.
Check-in / Checkout: Check-in is available between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily. Check-in prior to 3:00 p.m. or after 6:00 p.m. may be arranged in advance. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. Guests are responsible for the full length of the reservation, regardless of the actual nights spent at the Inn on the Avenue.
Room Rates: Room rates are quoted based on double occupancy, include a full gourmet breakfast and include local and state taxes. Maximum per room occupancy is two (2), however, a roll-a-bed is available upon request. There is a $30.00 extra person charge applied per night. We NEVER charge resort or service fees like many other hotels in New Smyrna Beach!
Family / Friends may join guests for breakfast based upon availability for an additional charge of $15 per person per day. Please notify us as soon as possible when guests will be joining you for breakfast.
Parking: Parking for guests is limited to one car per room. If bringing more than one vehicle, please find public parking for additional vehicles.
Holidays, Special Events and Weekends: During certain holidays, special events and weekends (Friday & Saturday), we may require a two-night minimum stay. Discounts and gift cards will not be accepted.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any property damages that are a result of their own negligence. Incidental damages will be applied to a credit card.
Visiting Guests: For the safety and security of our guests we ask that only guests who are registered enter the premises. Special arrangements may be made in advance through management for visiting guests. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
- We are a non-smoking inn. Guests who smoke may do so on our balcony or porch.
- A minimum $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if a guest chooses to smoke anywhere indoors.
- Children eight (8) years of age and older are welcome.
- We cannot accommodate animals or pets. Do not sneak in a pet. You will be fined a minimum of $200 plus cleaning fees. We are happy to recommend excellent boarding facilities.
- Use of candles are strictly prohibited in our guest rooms.
Wi-Fi Use: All guests are liable for illegal downloading while on our property. All guests who receive our WiFi password must agree to sign a Terms of Agreement Form.
Lost and Found: Items will be returned in a prepaid pre-addressed envelope sent to us by our guests.
