Time for a vacation, don’t you think?
The Inn boasts six guest bedrooms and one master suite. Each room offers a unique opportunity to enjoy your stay while visiting New Smyrna Beach. Because we are located directly on Flagler Avenue, you’ll have plenty to see and do – or you can choose to do absolutely nothing at all!
Beachside Eleagance
Each room has been carefully decorated with hand-selected details. The common areas are filled with an eclectic mixture of old and new. Beachy elegance will greet you at every observation.
Easy Check In/Out
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. You’ll receive an email 2 days prior to your arrival with entry and check-in instructions.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Time for Breakfast
A gourmet breakfast is served daily from our kitchen at 9:00 or 9:30a.m from a rotating menu of specialties. Dishes like eggs benedict or conch gravy biscuits are served alongside fresh fruit and a make-your-own pancake buffet. Please be sure to sign up the night before so we know when to expect you. You can also request breakfast in bed!
Please notify us of any dietary restrictions ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Missed breakfast? We always provide a variety of self serve baked goods, hot coffee and other beverages for our guests.
Easy Living
Guests may choose to dine al fresco on our front porch overlooking Flagler Ave. or on the upper balcony via direct access from the Seashell or Flamingo Rooms.
“Our visit to the Inn On The Ave was an unexpected overnight getaway that turned out perfectly. The decor throughout the Inn is welcoming and comfortable. I loved that all of my favorite colors greeted us when we entered our room. We slept soundly in the most comfortable bed, and Breakfast was delicious.
